Consent Statement

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, I express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by PACIFIC NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Pacific National University", FSBEI HE "PNU", PNU (Primary State Registration Number 1022701404549, Taxpayer Identification Number 2725006620), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

3. Processing Methods

Processing may be performed both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Processing Purpose

The purpose of processing is to provide me with services/works, including sending notifications related to the provided services/works, preparing and sending responses to my requests, and sending me information about the Operator's events/products/services/works.

5. Assignment of Processing

Due to the fact that the Operator may process my personal data using the "1C-Bitrix24" software, I hereby give my consent to the Operator to assign relevant processing to LLC "1C-Bitrix" (Primary State Registration Number 5077746476209), registered at: 109544, Moscow, Enthusiastov Boulevard, 2, floor 13, premises 8-19.

6. Term of Consent

This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn by sending a corresponding notice to the email address 013324@pnu.edu.ru or by mail to: TIKHOOKEANSKAYA ST., 136, KHABAROVSK, KHABAROVSK KRAI, Russia, 680035.

7. Consequences of Withdrawal

If I withdraw my consent to personal data processing, the Operator may continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
